Linda Kay Schmachtenberger died Tuesday, December 19, 2000 in Corvallis, OR. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Linda was 49 years old.
Born to Harold E. and Edna M. Ward Schmachtenberger in Denver, she lived there until her family moved to Salt Lake City, where she graduated from Granite High School in 1969. In 1991, she moved with her daughter to Corvallis, Oregon.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Chris Ayers; grandchildren, Andrew and Emerald Ayers; sisters, Kathy Schmachtenberger and Pat Kiel; brothers, Jim Schmachtenberger and Gary Schmachtenberger; six nieces and one nephew.
A memorial service was held in the Corvallis Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses
